31. When over 50% of the mother's & daughters used to walk to open fields to defecate in morning & evening. Some of them were raped & some were bitten by snakes. Now, all of them have their own toilets. This is the biggest achievement of any Prime Minister of a developing country. Sanitation facility is most important for a women.
32. When the women from villages used to walk miles to be able to get water so that their family members could take a bath. Now they have tap water.
33. When people used to sleep at 6 PM in villages because there was no electricity. Now they have electricity.
34. When Gram Pradhan used to collect subsidy or government benefits on behalf of the people & would not pass the money to them. Now it's done through direct bank transfer.
35. When women used to go to jungles to get wood to be able to prepare food. Now they have LPG connection. Those who could manage LPG on their own, had to stand in long queues to get a cylinder. Now, it's delivered at home. Everything is online now.
36. When ministers used to make hundreds of crores through any event such as common wealth games. Now, that sort of corruption has ended.
37. When Prime Minister used to say on stage “Muslims have first right on our resources”. Now the PM says “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas". There is a difference in their ideologies.
38. When the condition of national highways was pathetic. New expressways are now being inaugurated regularly. Road transport has been transformed.
39. Trains used to stink & it was difficult to wait for 30 minutes at railway stations. They look clean & hygienic now.
40. It used to take over a decade to get the bulletproof jackets approved for security forces. There were absolutely no jackets precured between 2009- 2014. Now we see Rafael & S- 400 being delivered to India. Political willingness.
41. When the meaning of freedom fighter was just Gandhi Ji & Nehru. Deserving people are being recognised now.
